FOUR STEPS TO
VITALITY
TOTAL CLEANSING PROGRAM
The
objective of this cleanse is to nourish and cleanse the body while
reducing the population or eliminating fungus, candida, pathogens,
bacteria, parasites and protozoa that are a burden on the immune system
and the cause of most ailments.
To attain
this, supplements like the Bioxy Clenase (magnesium oxides) containing
oxygen discourage growth of the anaerobic bacteria or pathogens and
disturb their breeding ground by liquefying stools, drawing out waste
material from pockets of the colon, purging and flushing them out of the
colon.
GreenAlive, gives the internal organs a much needed rest, an alkaline
ph, nourishes and cleanses gently without stressing the body, without
producing hunger, and without feeding the bad bacteria. In any cleanse
program sugars of all kinds, even natural fruit sugars, as well as
starches, must be avoided, as they feed the bad bacteria.
The herbs
and herbal extracts in Parasave eliminate and disturb the growth of
parasites, their eggs that live in the intestinal tract. Die off and
all other toxins end up in the colon, Bioxy Cleanse flushes it out of
the colon so they are not reabsorbed or recycled into the body or blood
stream, which causes the typical “healing crises” during a cleanse or
fast.
Bioxy
Cleanse should be taken last thing at night or first thing in the
morning at least three hours after your last meal, which should be a
light meal. Keep Bioxy Cleanse in your bedroom with some pure water and
some vitamin C or some apple cider vinegar. Last thing at night or
first thing in the morning are the times when your stomach is empty.
Bioxy Cleanse will not react with food but will work and clean the
accumulated waste matter. Take Bioxy cleanse with a small amount of
water followed by an 8 ounce glass of lemon or vinegar water(1 tbs lemon
juice or vinegar in 8oz of water). Eight hours after the first dose you
should have liquid stools, a colon flush. If taken at night you will
flush in the morning; if taken in the morning, you will flush in the
evening. The powder is more effective and tends to work faster.
However, if you will not tolerate it’s chalky taste then 6-8 capsules
should be taken all at once to get a flush. The dosage on the bottle is
a maintenance dose and not for cleansing.
The
morning after the flush, take five capsules of the Parasave on arising,
on an empty stomach to kill the parasites. Taking Parasave just before
or after a full moon gets parasites in their active time. In more
severe cases, a second dose may be taken mid or late afternoon. You can
take Parasave uninterrupted for a month or elect to rotate Parasave and
Bioxy Cleanse at two weeks intervals, which may be more effective. Take
Parasave for two weeks, along with Bioxy Cleanse at night or morning;
then stop for five days and take Parasave and Bioxy Cleanse for another
two weeks to get the parasites in their dormant cycle. For children use
one capsule per 15kg of body weight.
Two hours
after taking Parasave (can take Parasave very early in the morning 5 or
6a.m.) during the day, drink three teaspoons of GreenAlive powder in 8
ounces of pure water, every two hours or when hungry throughout the day
to no more than ten drinks a day. You may use your usual supplements
with GreenAlive. Good adjuncts are essential fatty acids such as flax
seed oil, primrose oil, cold pressed fish oils, B vitamin complex,
vitamin E, antioxidants etc... Effective food additions to GreenAlive
are Isolated protein powders and pre-digested whey protein powders to
avoid weight loss. Pau d’Arco and green tea and most herbal teas are
good to drink during a fast, especially lots of pure water to help the
elimination process. Avoid canned, processed, overcooked dead foods.
If you wish to eat cooked foods you may want to take digestive enzymes (Accuzyme
Plus) to make sure food moves quickly through the digestive tract and is
digested thoroughly.
Helpful Hints:
Use a glass jar or shaker cup with a secure lid to mix GreenAlive. Add
3 teaspoons of GreenAlive to one cup of water. Shake vigorously for ten
seconds and drink immediately. Mixed GreenAlive will lose its enzyme
activity if stored for more than 20 minutes.
Avoid all
natural and refined sugars, syrups, fresh fruits, all starches when
cleansing as they break down into food for anaerobic forms of life. You
can use Stevina and Chicolin. Avoid coffee as it negates 50% of the
effects of all the herbs. Drink 6-8 glasses of pure water daily, at
least four of them in the early part of the day. Water greatly aids the
cleansing process.
Remove
all propyl alcohol containing products from your household and avoid its
use. If pregnant do not take the Parasave or fast; however, you can do
the Bioxy and GreenAlive if your doctor recommends it. In general, it
is not a good idea to fast or cleanse if lactating or pregnant.
Nobel
prize winner Dr. Otto Warburg, in his 1966 speech at the annual meeting
of Nobelists in Lindau, Germany, states, “Cancer, above all other
diseases, has countless secondary causes. Almost anything can cause
cancer but, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause..... The
prime cause..... Is the replacement for the respiration of oxygen in
normal cells by a fermentation of sugar, all normal cells meet their
energy needs by respiration of oxygen whereas cancer cells meet their
energy needs in great part by....fermentation.... All normal cells are
thus obligate aerobes, whereas all cancer cells are partial anaerobes.
Oxygen gas, the donor of energy in plants and animals, is dethroned in
the cancer cells and replaced by an energy-yielding reaction of the
lowest living forms.”
The
objective of the cleanse and fast is to reverse acidity, fermentation
and putrefaction of sugars which feed anaerobic organisms. The idea is
to create an alkaline ph, aerobic environment where your immune system
functions better, you oxidize and metabolize foods for premium energy
rather than ferment and putrefy your foods that result in low energy and
more toxins.
The
GreenAlive fast or the cleanse program should continue for at least 10
days to two weeks, preferably for a month. If not possible at least 5
days and repeated periodically can give results. At the end of each
fast go back to a daily GreenAlive serving (one to two servings a day)
and eat fresh organic foods, lots of raw or steamed vegetables and
proteins such as eggs, tofu, fish, and fat free organic chicken. The
only grains allowed while cleansing are quinoa, millet and amaranth for
a period of two weeks. After about a month of no sweets and starches
you may gradually add grains, starches, fruits and natural sugars to
your diet in moderation, watching for symptoms or allergies, bloating or
gas. If they are not well tolerated, introduce them later and please
consult a naturopathic physician or your health care practitioner.
After the
cleanse, a good way to avoid fermentation and putrefaction of foods in
the digestive system (especially when eating out) is to use proper food
combining and take Accuzyme Plus (digestive enzymes). The Candida Diet
by Dr. Zoltan P. Rona is a good reference book with lots of good
recipes.
Other
members of a family, children as well as pets, should also be treated
for parasites.

HOW TO KEEP THE SUGAR MONSTER AT BAY!
INULIN, STEVIA, DIET AND DIABETES
Statistics show that the average N. American consumes about 131 lbs of
sugar each year, 60 lbs of which is in the form of refined white
sugar. Sugars not only feed the anaerobic forms of life, but also
cause the peaks and valleys or the ups and downs in mood, mental focus
and level of energy we experience.
To experience a sustained level of energy, mental focus and sustained
performance the proper maintenance of constant and adequate glucose
(blood sugar) levels is one of the body’s most important functions.
A
Slow steady absorption of glucose rather than rapid peaks and valleys
which come from refined sugars, starches, and even high amounts of
complex carbohydrates and fruit sugars is key to maintaining level blood
sugar.
Excess sugar consumption can lead to nutritional deficiencies, weaken
the pancreas, and lead to digestive distress, allergies, Candida
Albicans, hypoglycemia, type two diabetes, heart disease, stress, aging,
as well as degenerative disease. Over consumption of sugars can even
contribute to the increase of low density lipoproteins and heart
disease.
Both sugar and over consumption of complex carbohydrates in the absence
of a balanced amount of good fats and protein can be metabolized in the
body just the same as refined sugars. This can trigger hypoglycemia
and late onset diabetes which statistics show are on the rise
especially amongst vegetarians.
Although high blood sugar levels may be controlled by the use of
insulin, there are associated complications with prolonged use of
insulin. There is medical evidence that daily injections of insulin may
be partly responsible for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular
complications. Dr. Bernard E. Lowenstein, MD, reports that too much
insulin can stimulate the production of excessive cholesterol in the
body. High insulin doses can aggravate the tiny blood vessels, disease
characteristic of diabetes.
We are actually born with a palate for sweets but acquire the taste for
sour, bitter and other tastes later in life. So for most of us sweet
foods give us a sense of pleasure. Nature provides us with all the
sugar we require through our foods. Especially whole foods or
superfoods which have the fiber, enzymes, coenzymes, catalysts, trace
minerals and nutrients to properly assist the slow absorption and
assimilation of the sugars that are contained in these foods.
There are some natural sugar substitutes that can be used to help you
with your sweet tooth. One of the best sugar substitutes I can suggest
is using Stevia leaves or Stevia Extract dispersed in Chicolin.
What is Stevia?
Stevia is a natural plant extract which is 200-300 times sweeter than
sugar with hardly any calories. Stevia does not feed yeast or Candid
and should be a natural sweetener of choice when dealing with parasites,
fungal infections, diabetes, hypoglycemia and to avoid the ups and down
of sugar.
In all of its current forms, stevia has a taste unique to itself. With
all of its sweetness, there is a slight licorice like bitter aftertaste
when the leaf extract or stevioside powder is placed in the mouth. This
bitter aftertaste comes from the leaf veins and variety of the plants.
The majority of the veins must be removed during the cut and sift
process to overcome the strong bitter aftertaste. Don’t be put off by
its aftertaste just look for the right powdered extract or brand that
has the least aftertaste.
What is Chicolin?
Chicolin is a soluble fiber(called Inulin) derived from the tubers of
the Chicory or Dahlia flower plant. This soluble fiber is found in
numerous roots in various amounts such as Dahlia Flower Tubers, Chicory
Roots, Dandelion Roots, Burdock Roots, Jerusalem Artichokes, Asparagus
and Onions.
Inulin is really a large molecule of sugar, an Oligo-saccharide, which
behaves like fiber. Oligo-saccharides or Inulin pass through the
digestive system unchanged, slow the absorption of sugars, until they
reach the large intestine. There they are selectively and intensively
utilized by the bifidobacterium acting as a top rate blood sugar
regulator and a super bifidobacteria growth medium.
Stevia extract cannot be used on its own, it is normally dissolved in
distilled water or an alcohol base solution and is used a few drops at a
time. Better yet, put about 5-10 grams of the Stevia extract into
Chicolin, shake to have a uniform mix, and use the white powder as a
sugar substitute in your food preparations or beverages.
Oligosaccharides and stevia are extensively used in food manufacturing
in Japan and South America. However, because of powerful sugar lobbies
there is politics surrounding these ingredients. In the U.S. there was
an embargo placed on stevia in 1991. Since then in 1996 the American
Herbal Products Association and some food manufacturers challenged this
ruling, hence it is now exempt from the import alert and is classified
as a nutritional supplement.
Stevia can be used as an ingredient, a food additive or a nutritional
supplement but cannot be called a sweetener. There is no ruling in
Canada and the herb or extract is not extensively used or available in
most stores.
ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS
Be sure to include 6-10 grams of a good quality cold pressed oil in your
daily diet. Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids from these
blended natural oils are essential to health but your body cannot
manufacture it, therefore they must be consumed daily in your diet.
Essential fatty acids also play a very important role in keeping the
blood sugar level.
For example if you give a bottle of pop or sugar water to one child and
a bucket of ice-cream to another. Assuming that both of these foods
contain the same amount of sugar, you will notice that the child
drinking the pop will have an elevated glycemic index whereas the child
eating the ice cream will not have an elevated blood sugar. The answer
is that the 2nd child's blood sugar was not elevated, not because the
ice cream is a wonderful food or had less sugar, but the reason is that
the ice cream along with the sugar, contained fat and protein which kept
the sugar monster at bay.
WHOLE FOODS AND A
BALANCED DIET
After an initial cleanse and improving of your metabolism consider a
balanced diet of properly combined whole foods. Look into developing a
balance diet of high fiber, organic whole food diets with sufficient
quantities of quality protein and fat at each meal.
When your blood sugar drops you may become drowsy, foggy, sluggish or on
the contrary, when elevated you may become jittery, irritable and
hyperactive with no mental focus.
To avoid the peaks and the valleys that come from refined foods,
starches and excessive low molecular weight sugars try a drink of
GreenAlive superfood with two capsules of essential fatty acids first
thing in the morning and mid afternoon with one or two additional
servings of Chicolin sprinkled on food or dissolved in beverage of your
choice.
Stay with a simple diet containing quality proteins such as soy
proteins, fermented soy proteins, lean meats, fish, Born 3 eggs, whole
grains, legumes, nuts and lots of green vegetables.
